In episode 127, I share with you the one device that allowed me to
focus on my meetings, and know that my kids were on track with
school! That is a kitchen timer with the ability to set 10
different alarm times! I created a "Bell Schedule" and posted it by
my daughter's desks with the timer on top. This allows them to
follow the alarm schedule without me needing to micromanage them. I
